Healthy workers. Healthier organisations.

Most workplace injuries do not happen overnight. They build gradually through repeated strain, poor movement patterns, unaddressed discomfort, and the accumulated physical and mental demands of work. By the time a formal injury is reported, the opportunity for simple, early intervention has often passed.

Our onsite service changes that. By bringing qualified practitioners directly to your workplace on a regular basis, we create an accessible, trusted point of care that workers actually use. Problems are identified and addressed early. Self-management skills are built. And the workplace itself becomes part of the solution.

We take a whole-person, biopsychosocial approach to every consultation, because we know that physical health, mental wellbeing, and the social conditions of work are deeply connected. Treating one in isolation rarely produces lasting results.

Flexible scheduling

We work with you to find a visit frequency and structure that suits your workforce, your site, and your budget. There is no fixed model. We adapt to what works for you, whether that is weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or something else entirely.

What your workers can access

Each consultation is tailored to the individual worker. Depending on their needs, a session may include any combination of the following.

Musculoskeletal support

Early intervention for aches and pains using hands-on techniques, movement assessments, and neuromuscular stabilisation programs. We address issues in the neck, back, shoulders, wrists, hips, and knees before they become serious.

Therapeutic exercise

Targeted exercise routines designed to enhance physical strength, improve movement quality, and reduce the risk of injury specific to the demands of your workers' roles.

Breathing and core training

Reprogramming breathing patterns and core stability to improve posture, reduce strain, and build a stronger foundation for physical work.

Holistic health evaluations

Assessments that look at both physical and mental stress factors. We take the time to understand the full picture of a worker's health and provide practical guidance on lifestyle improvements.

Injury prevention education

Early-stage advice and self-management strategies so workers can stay ahead of common injuries, reduce re-injury risk, and build lasting healthy habits. Recommendations for modifications of posture, techniques, or tasks as required.

Stress management

Practical techniques to help workers keep their mind and body balanced. Mental and emotional health are treated as central to physical performance, not as an afterthought.

Ergonomic workstation assessments

Optimising the setup of workstations to prevent injury, reduce discomfort, and improve productivity. Relevant for office, industrial, and operational environments.

Hazard awareness and surveillance

Our clinical observations and conversations with workers provide a valuable mechanism for identifying trends in workplace hazards, informing risk reviews and proactive injury prevention.

How the service works

We handle the logistics so you can focus on your people. Here is what the service looks like in practice.

We come to you

Our practitioners visit your site on a schedule that suits your organisation. Frequency is flexible and determined by your workforce needs and budget.

Workers book in

Appointments are booked through our practice management system, with text reminders sent the day before. Initial consultations are 45 minutes; follow-ups are 30 minutes.

Confidential consultations

All personal and medical information shared with our practitioners remains strictly confidential. Any liaison with supervisors or safety personnel only occurs with the worker's consent.

Ongoing reporting and review

We provide regular insights to support your health and safety planning, including trends observed across the workforce that may indicate areas for further review.

What we need from your site
A private room with enough space for a treatment table and movement demonstrations
Access to hand washing facilities
A designated contact for coordinating appointments

What we consistently see

Over years of delivering this service across a range of industries and organisations, these are the outcomes that come up again and again in worker feedback and clinical observation.

Injuries resolved before they escalate

Workers who access the service at the first sign of discomfort consistently avoid progression to formal injury. Early access is the single biggest driver of good outcomes.

Results that last

Workers who recover through the service report staying recovered. That track record builds confidence and makes them more likely to seek help early when future issues arise.

Stress and pain are connected

Workers who identified work as a major stressor often discover that their stress reduces significantly once physical pain is addressed and they have practical tools to manage it.

Workers feel valued

Having this service available consistently changes how workers feel about their employer. They feel cared for, and that shift in attitude has a visible effect on engagement and culture.

Energy and focus improve

Workers regularly report better energy levels and concentration across the working day, particularly in the afternoon. The cumulative effect of reduced pain and better self-management is significant.

Workers are receptive to advice on posture and lifestyle habits, and many take that knowledge well beyond the workplace.

Consistent clinical observation, Edser Health

The case for early intervention

Timely intervention significantly improves outcomes for workers and reduces costs for employers. When a worker receives support early, before a minor issue becomes a formal injury, the path to recovery is shorter, self-management is easier to establish, and the risk of re-injury is substantially lower.

Beyond individual consultations, our practitioners develop a detailed understanding of your workplace environment over time. The patterns we observe across your workforce become valuable intelligence for your safety team, helping to identify emerging risks and target prevention efforts where they are needed most.

This is what separates an onsite health service from a reactive injury management model. We are not just treating problems. We are helping your organisation get ahead of them.

Reduced lost time
Early intervention reduces the severity and duration of injuries, keeping workers productive and on site.
Stronger self-management
Workers build the knowledge and skills to manage their own health, reducing reliance on the health system.
Proactive risk identification
Our clinical observations provide your safety team with real-time intelligence on emerging workplace hazards.
