Body Smart Program

An innovative philosophy

At Edser Health, we believe great health can be achieved by everyone. We adopt a philosophy to always look for the root cause of injury, chronic dysfunction, or dis-ease, rather than simply treating symptoms.

Our work is grounded in the Total Worker Health framework, as defined by the NIOSH, which advances overall worker wellbeing rather than only seeking to minimise injury. We work with our clients to create lasting lifestyle changes that support optimal function, both at work and beyond.

About our approach

"Health and happiness is not just about getting rid of pain. It is about having meaningful occupations, meaningful relationships, a deep respect for your body, and an open-hearted approach to life in general."

Jacqueline Edser Founder & Director, Edser Health

How we work with you

No two workplaces are the same. We start with your specific challenges and build a program that fits your workforce, your industry, and your goals.

  1. Discovery conversation

We talk through your current workplace health challenges, your industry demands, and what success looks like for your team.

  2. Tailored program design

We propose a service mix aligned to your needs, whether that is a regular onsite clinic, a Body Smart workshop, or a broader wellbeing program.

  3. Onsite delivery

We come to you. Our services are delivered at your site, embedded in your team's working environment for maximum impact and accessibility.

  4. Ongoing partnership

We provide reporting, follow-up, and regular reviews to ensure your program is creating genuine, lasting change across the workforce.
